Membership is available by a month-to-month agreement. There is an initiation fee to begin. Privileges for membership include unlimited use of the the resistance, free weight, aerobic equipment, locker rooms,showers and sauna.

There is ample free parking.

Members receive discounts on all classes offered. Classes are additional. Additional services offered in Strata Health Club are personal training, massage, and nutritional consulting.

Towels are available for $1 each as a rental.Strata Health Club has a large inventory of nutritional supplements. Lockers are free daily but may be rented by the month for $20.
