We love everything that has to do with fitness and living well. Here are our top 5 things that we have to do at the gym every time we visit.
- We always start at the stretching at the station. Loosen up, before you hurt yourself!
- Our treadmill warmup. Our rule is to run half way home when you get to the gym and half way home before you leave. This is perfect for warming up and cooling down
- Wipe it down, before and after. You have to admit that the gym can get nasty don’t skip wiping down equipment before you use and remember to leave it clean for the next person
- Take care of yourself before you elave. The goal of every trip to the gym is to work up a sweat so if you aren’t done for the day make sure you clean yourself up before you head out the door.
